Nashville General Hospital is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for Patient Access Services as a full-time job in Nashville, Tennessee.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls for our various clinics in a high-volume call center. Customer Service Representatives directs calls/communications to the appropriate department. The Customer Service Representative seeks opportunities to exceed patient needs and expectations; Meets commitments; Provide positive memorable patient experiences; Manages difficult or emotional customer situations with poise and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Call Center experience, preferred
One year of related experience, preferred
