Mission of Department: To provide efficient customer service to our customers and associates through accurate data processing from beginning point of service and beyond.
Purpose of Position: To provide Mission of Department and complete essential functions listed below.
Essential Functions:

Requirements
Additional Repsonsibilites:
1. Work closely with other department supervisors relating to interdepartmental activities.
2. Coordinate data for audit and cost report purposes with CFO to meet requirements for
year-end process.
3. Responsible for keeping abreast of new billing guidelines and regulations concerning
billing to Medicare, Blue Cross, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
4. Trains or manages training of personnel in department.
Education, Qualifications, Experience:
1. High School graduate or equivalent with knowledge in accounting.
2. Computer experience required, with training in spreadsheet and word processsing.
3. Experience in personnel management and business practices helpful.
Personal Characteristics:
1. Be able to communicate with customers, associates, and other personnel in a friendly,
professional manner.
2. Portray an appearance that is neat, clean, and professional.
3. Be a positive member for our customers, visitors, and associates.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Computer experience required
2. Typing
3. Telephone etiquette
4. Communication skills
5. Ten Key
Equipment:
Be able to use computer, copy machine, fax machine, and calculator.
Expectation of Service: This is a non-exempt 40 hour per week position. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
Physical Requirements: This position requires continual sitting and typing at a computer terminal, some walking, bending, stooping, and lifting of up to 25 pounds.
