Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for new patients seeking teeth in a day treatment addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Utilized outside resource "dashboards" to monitor and follow-up with patients,.
- Assist patients in navigating treatment options and financial plans.
- Ensure a seamless communication between patient and staff to ensure a successful outcome of treatment.
- Assist patient with financial options for treatment.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA regulations
- Collaborate with the dental team to foster a positive patient experience.
Requirements:
- Understanding of dental treatment, especially implants and dentures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficient in using computer dashboards.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
