About the Role:

Join Big Sky Smiles and Sedation as a Patient Advocate, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experiences and ensuring their comfort. We are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming environment, and we need passionate individuals like you to help us achieve that mission.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for new patients seeking teeth in a day treatment addressing inquiries and concerns.

Utilized outside resource "dashboards" to monitor and follow-up with patients,.

Assist patients in navigating treatment options and financial plans.

Ensure a seamless communication between patient and staff to ensure a successful outcome of treatment.

Assist patient with financial options for treatment.

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA regulations

Collaborate with the dental team to foster a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

Understanding of dental treatment, especially implants and dentures

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

Proficient in using computer dashboards.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and advocacy.
