College Drive Dental Associates is a top dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a friendly, supportive environment. We're looking for a motivated Patient Care Coordinator to help us continue delivering outstanding service to our patients.

Schedule:

M: 11-7

T: 10-6

W: 8-5

TH: 8-5

Two Saturdays Per Month

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of dental experience
• Customer service or administrative background, ideally in healthcare or dental
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk duties: answering calls, scheduling appointments, greeting patients
• Keep patient records updated and accurate
• Address patient inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in team training to stay current on dental practices and procedures
• Uphold all policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Coordinate efficient patient scheduling to maximize provider productivity
