Located in Egg Harbor Township, our busy office is known for its welcoming atmosphere, supportive team, and commitment to excellent patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage provider calendars
• Answer phones and handle patient inquiries with care
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays/balances
• Enter and manage patient information in our electronic medical system
• Perform patient recalls and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care
• Review treatment plans and plans of care with patients
• Explain and promote cash-based service upgrades and wellness packages
• Coordinate between chiropractic and physical therapy services
• Maintain a clean and inviting front desk area

Recommended:

• Prior experience in a medical, therapy, or wellness office preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Proficiency with computers; EMR experience a plus
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
