Working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:50AM - 6:15PM, Wednesday 8:20AM - 6:15PM, Saturday 8:50AM - 3:15PM. Saturdays are required on a 5 day work week.

Responsibilities and Duties
Job Duties may include:
- Deliver great customer service with a smile
- Take phone calls and assist customers with exceptional phone skills
- Assist patients with any questions and needs they may have
- Insurance Verification
- Document Management
- Send messages to other teams to coordinate patient care that is needed
- Explain treatment options to patients
- Obtain patient data for accurate charting in Electronic Health Records
- Take contact lens orders
- Track Contact lens and glasses orders per patient requests
- Meet the vision needs of patients through checklist utilization and asking the required questions
- Follow internal dialogue to ensure accurate and effective communication with patients
- Sell products and treatments
- Create meaningful connections with patients

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
