Location: Excel Dentistry & Braces is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, love talking to people, and know how to keep things organized and fun? We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who can greet patients like they’re old friends and keep our front office humming.

Work-Life Balance: Monday-Friday 9 AM-5:30 PM, and 2 Saturdays a month 9 AM-3:30 PM. Alternating 3-day weekend (Saturday through Monday off)

The Gig:

• Be the friendly face and voice patients see first.
  
• Keep schedules running smoothly like butter 🧈.
  
• Verify insurance and help explain treatment plans (with a smile).
  
• Handle payments and paperwork without breaking a sweat.
  
• Be the behind-the-scenes superstar who keeps everything on track.
  

Who You Are:

• A people person with a good attitude and a solid work ethic.
  
• Love a good to-do list and checking things off ✔️.
  
• Dental front office experience is required (1+ year).
  
• Calm under pressure and a team player through and through.
