Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking friendly, organized, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Patient Care Coordinators. In this front office role, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our patients—helping create a positive and professional clinic experience. This position includes comprehensive training and mentorship, making it a great fit for someone new to healthcare or a seasoned professional. What You’ll Do

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that supports patients on their path to recovery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and managing the clinic's schedule
• Explaining the benefits of physical therapy to current and prospective patients
• Collection of payments
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment

Schedule & Work Hours

• Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility available)

Location: 4587 W. Cedar Hills Dr. #110, Cedar Hills, UT 84062

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $17-$18/hour
