As a key member of our Longevity family, you will be the bridge between our patients and their care, providing support, organization, and a warm, welcoming experience every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and register patients.
• Answer patient questions in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate patient appointments and manage schedules with precision and care.
• Ensure that all front desk tasks are completed on a daily basis.
• Offer a warm, empathetic, and professional presence in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive outgoing personality is a must.
• Passion for patient care.
• Organized and detail-oriented: You can juggle multiple tasks with ease and precision.
• Whether it’s in person, on the phone, or by email, you know how to connect with people and put them at ease.
• You work well with others and always put the patient’s needs first.
• Previous experience in healthcare or a customer service role is preferred, but we’re open to training the right candidate!
• Work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of accounts receivables/closing books is a plus

Education/Experience:

• High School or equivalent (preferred)
• 1-2 years customer service, medical office preferred

Job Details:

• Full-time
• $22-$26/hour
• Monday-Friday
• 8-hour shift (can range from 7:30 am-5:30 pm)
• Job must be done in person
