We’re looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Annapolis team. This is a key front-office role where you’ll create a welcoming first impression and help patients feel supported throughout their care.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars

• Collect copayments and reconcile daily postings

• Assist with paperwork and outcome measures

• Keep the front desk and reception area neat and organized

• Provide excellent service by answering questions and assisting patients

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Healthcare or physical therapy office experience preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Sheets helpful

• Friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable personality
