- **Patient Interaction and Scheduling**: Greet patients warmly, manage patient check-ins and check-outs, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle phone inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate patient records, process insurance information, collect payments, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed properly in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- **Coordination and Communication**: Act as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and external healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and coordination of patient care services, addressing any patient concerns or questions promptly.
Language
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
At least three years of administrative and customer service experience is required.
