Patient Care Coordinator - Urgent Position

Our office, Diab Dental Implants and Periodontics, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.

Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following:

• Deliveries
• Maintain Social Media accounts
• Create Marketing Campaigns
• Maintain and update referral contacts
• Coordinate study clubs and offsite events
• Verify insurance and submit dental claims.
• Performing Other Front office duties as needed Requirements

As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

You're an enthusiastic, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who is always proactively striving for excellence. You also have the following:

• 3 Years of Dental Experience
• Dentrix experience • Professional appearance
• The ability to reach out to new referrals and maintain positive relationships with them
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms
• A motivated and outgoing personality
• Ability to Multi-task
