What You’ll Do:

Dive into inbound calls, helping members with their prescription benefit needs.
Deliver accurate and uplifting info on benefit plans and True Rx Health Strategist services.
Keep a detailed playbook and escalate issues for warp-speed resolutions.
Team up with internal and external partners to conquer customer inquiries.
Hit the highest notes in departmental standards for quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
Act as a liaison, delivering product/services info and solving issues with precision.

What You Bring: 1+ years of customer service experience.
Masterful communication skills.
Detail-oriented with organizational wizardry.
Proven decision-making ability and multitasking mastery.
Familiarity with HIPAA rules.
