Patient Care Specialist – Full-Time (In-Person)
Location: 5330 Manhattan Cir, Boulder, CO 80303
Compensation: Based on experience and skill set 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time, In-Person Only

Are you passionate about helping others, interested in healthcare, and thrive in a small, team-oriented clinic setting?  NatureMed Integrative Medicine is looking for a dedicated Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced front desk work, values patient interaction, and wants to grow in the field of alternative medicine.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

• Answer multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately

• Schedule appointments using our medical scheduling software

• Check patients in and out quickly and accurately

• Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy standards

• Verify insurance and process payments

• Support daily administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Required:

  • Prior experience in medical or healthcare reception

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Comfort with high-volume phone calls

  • Full-time, in-person availability

• Preferred:

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR)

  • Knowledge of front desk operations in a clinical setting

  • QuickBooks experience is a plus

  • Familiarity with alternative medicine or small medical business environments
