PATIENT CARE TECH - HV INTERVENTIONAL

Measure and record vital signs and perform glucose checks Assist patients with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and bathroom needs Help with mobility, ambulation, and turning to prevent injury and improve comfort Weigh patients and transport patients, specimens, and personal items Empty and care for catheters, ostomy bags, and other devices Use EPIC electronic medical records system to document care Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff Participate in unit Turn Team duties to ensure regular patient repositioning Occasionally serve as a 1:1 patient sitter on this or other hospital units as needed If you're passionate about helping others and ready to start a rewarding healthcare career, we want to hear from you. High school diploma or GED One of the following: Current CNA or STNA certification Completion of at least one round of clinicals in nursing school Hands on patient care experience (PCT, PCA, CNA, STNA)
