Cambridge Dental Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have at least 1 year of experience in a dental or relevant healthcare reception role, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
     
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars efficiently.
     
  • Handle patient inquiries, including insurance verification and treatment options.
     
  • Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
     
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
     
  • Coordinate communication between patients and the dental team.
     
  • Ensure a smooth and organized front desk experience for both patients and staff.
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare reception role.
     
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Proficient in dental office management software (experience with Open Dental is a plus).
     
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
     
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
     
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to patient care.
