At Summit Oral Surgery & Implant Center, we believe every patient deserves a welcoming, supportive experience from the very first call to their final follow-up. As our new Patient Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making that happen. Since 1977, we’ve proudly served Montana and Northern Wyoming with compassionate, expert oral surgical care—and now, we’re excited to welcome a new team member to help us continue that tradition! 

Requirements

What You'll Do:

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider time and resources
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing inquiries
• Maintain a neat and orderly front office area
• Perform general office duties, including document preparation, scanning, and filing
• Assist with inventory management and notify the Practice Manager when supplies are low

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a dental or medical office setting is strongly preferred
• Positive, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with the general public
• Proficiency in navigating office software systems
