Harvey Dental Group is looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Patient Coordinator to join our team in Villa Rica. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences and have at least one year of experience in a dental or healthcare front desk setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and assist patients with professionalism and care
   
• Efficiently schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
   
• Verify insurance benefits and clearly explain treatment options
   
• Update and maintain patient records, including insurance and personal details
   
• Handle billing, process payments, and respond to account inquiries
   
• Facilitate communication between patients and the clinical team
   
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and inviting
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare front desk role
   
• Strong communication and customer service skills
   
• Proficiency in dental office software (Open Dental experience is a plus)
   
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
   
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized
   
• Positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent patient care

Requirements

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience.
