Hoffman Smiles is seeking a warm, organized, and experienced Patient Coordinator to join our growing team in Hoffman Estates. If you are passionate about creating positive patient experiences and have at least two years of experience in a dental front office setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and compassion
   
• Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the daily schedule
   
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain treatment plans clearly
   
• Maintain accurate patient records, including insurance and personal information
   
• Handle billing, process payments, and resolve account questions
   
• Serve as a liaison between patients and the clinical team
   
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
   

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front office
   
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
   
• Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental experience is a plus)
   
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
   
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
   
• Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality patient care

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience.
