Patient Coordinator – The Heart of Our Front Office!

Are you a person with a passion for organization and a smile that can brighten someone’s day? We're looking for a Patient Coordinator to be the friendly face and voice that keeps our dental office running smoothly and our patients feeling welcome and cared for.

Your Role:

• Greet patients with a smile and check them in (and out!) with care
• Answer phones like a pro and schedule appointments efficiently
• Verify insurance, explain treatment plans, and process payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the schedule flowing
• Anticipate needs and help keep the day smooth for both patients and providers

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience in a dental or medical office (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with dental software (like Dentrix is a plus!)
• A friendly, professional demeanor with attention to detail
• The ability to stay organized, even when the phones are ringing and the lobby’s full
• Bilingual? That’s a bonus!
