Are you an organized, people-focused professional with dental office experience? East Cobb Family Dentistry is looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our friendly, fast-paced team in Marietta, GA.

About the Role:
As a Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients—both in person and over the phone. You’ll play a key role in delivering a great patient experience from check-in to check-out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting our clinical team.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM
   
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
   
• Friday/Saturday: Alternating, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
   

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of dental office experience (required)
   
• Strong communication and customer service skills
   
• Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling software is a plus
   
• Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience.

FLSA Status: Hourly

Reports to: Operations Manager.
