At SmileWorks Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics, we make going to the dentist fun! Our pediatric dental and orthodontic practice is dedicated to creating a positive, family-friendly experience from the moment patients walk through the door.

We’re seeking a Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator who is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy office environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and parents, helping them feel welcome and cared for while ensuring the office runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Greet patients with a smile and set a positive tone for their visit

Manage scheduling for pediatric and orthodontic appointments

Answer phones, provide information, and assist with office inquiries

Verify dental insurance benefits and support patient check-in/check-out

Maintain accurate records and support overall office operations

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of front desk or dental office experience (required)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of dental insurance plans (preferred)

Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; OpenDental a plus)

Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
