As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Coordinator plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and organized experience. We are looking for someone with a solid background in insurance verification, authorizations, and patient billing—someone who brings both professionalism and compassion to their role.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate with clinical staff to support seamless care
• Handle billing questions and collect patient payments
• Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
