In this dynamic role, you will assist various clinics within our network, providing vital administrative support to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional patient experience. Your primary responsibilities include managing front desk duties, coordinating appointments, and addressing patient inquiries. This position provides a unique opportunity to connect with different teams and contribute to patient care across diverse settings.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification in healthcare administration preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service environment preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed

• Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including EMR systems
