Location: Lowry Neighborhood, Denver, CO- Lowry Main Street Dental
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Thursday and one Friday per month)
Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are a collaborative, engaging, single-doctor family dental practice located in Denver's vibrant Lowry neighborhood, and we're looking for a Dental Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office.

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality dental care in a supportive and patient-focused environment. As a PPO and Fee-for-Service practice, we are committed to building lasting relationships with our patients while delivering outstanding service and care.

What You'll Do

As our Dental Patient Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless and positive experience for every patient. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking patients in and out
• Answering phones and assisting patients with scheduling needs
• Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining provider schedules
• Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility
• Collecting co-pays and patient balances
• Assisting with treatment plan presentation and financial discussions
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinating communication between patients and the clinical team
• Supporting daily front office operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous dental front office experience preferred
• General understanding of dental insurance plans, PPO benefits, and insurance verification processes
• Experience collecting patient payments and discussing financial arrangements
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
