Wave Dental Specialists Atlanta is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and experienced Patient Coordinator to join our growing team in the heart of Buckhead!

Our brand-new, state-of-the-art multispecialty dental practice offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside an amazing team of dental professionals in a modern, high-tech environment.

We're looking for someone who loves interacting with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish!

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Manage patient scheduling, appointments, confirmations, and check-in/check-out.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions.
• Present treatment plans, review financial arrangements, and help patients understand their payment options.
• Assist patients with third-party financing options, including CareCredit, Cherry, and Sunbit.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with clinical teams across multiple dental specialties to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front office.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of dental front office or patient coordinator experience required.
• Experience with Open Dental strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CareCredit, Cherry, and Sunbit preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment plans, and patient financing.
• Friendly, positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-tech, multispecialty dental environment.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
