In this role, you'll ensure our patients feel comfortable and supported from their first call to their final follow-up!

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar efficiently.
• Collect and input patient information, including demographics and insurance details.
• Process payments and provide accurate billing information.
• Maintain a clean and inviting waiting area.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed

• Proficiency with dental software and scheduling systems.

• At least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting
