Patient Coordinator at Children's Dental Center

Our goal at Children's Dental Center is to provide a fun environment where children can have a positive dental experience while providing them top-quality dental care. Office Hours:

· Monday: 7am – 5pm

· Tuesday: 7am – 5pm

· Wednesday: 7am – 1:30pm

· Thursday: 7am – 5pm

· Friday: 7am – noon

Responsibilities:

· Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone.

· Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history.

· Update necessary documents into patient chart.

· Schedule patients for dental treatment.

· Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger.

· Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area.

· Additional duties as needed such as following up with patients, transferring records, and any other necessary tasks in our office.

· Must arrive on time and adhere to the attendance policy.

  Requirements:

· Preferred at least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting.

· Customer Service experience.

· Passion for delivering the best experience.

· Ability to collaborate and be team-oriented.

· Salary: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience
