My name is Matt Dunn. My wife, Courtney, and I are both orthodontists and have practiced in the Valley since 2006. Over the past 18+ years, we have grown a lot and now own four orthodontic offices in the greater Phoenix area (Litchfield Park, North Central Phoenix, Scottsdale and Arcadia).

We are now in need of another team member to join our front office team member to travel between our Phoenix and Arcadia locations.. NO orthodontic experience required, we will train the right person!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone
• Answer calls, and schedule new and existing patients for dental treatment
• Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area
• Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger
• Verify and understand orthodontic insurance policies
• Update necessary documents into patient chart 
• Outbound calls to patients for confirming upcoming appointments
• Present treatment and fees to new and existing patients
