Patient Coordinator | Outpatient | Full-time | Beckley, Pricenton, Pineville & Oak Hill, WV

BODYWORKS is looking for a full-time Floater Patient Coordinator & Fitness Assistant to work at our outpatient clinics and 24/7 gyms located in Beckley, Princeton, Pineville & New River, Oak Hill, WV. This position will rotate locations between our Beckley, Princeton, Pineville, and New River Oak Hill locations. As the Patient Coordinator & Fitness Assistant, you are directly responsible for scheduling visits and communicating with staff, patients, physicians, etc. to maintain proper care coordination and continuity of care. You will also be responsible for member registration and account management, answering phones, facility and gym equipment cleaning, and clinic laundry.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficient in using office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
