Responsibilities:

As a Patient Coordinator, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, serving as the welcoming face of our clinic.
• Coordinate patient appointments, verify and update information, and ensure satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support to the clinic team, including managing calendars and maintaining filing systems.
• Support gym members and patients by fostering a positive and engaging environment.

Your dedication to customer service and organizational excellence will play a critical role in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for patients and gym members alike.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a gym or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant computer programs.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM.
