Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and ensure a smooth front-desk experience
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage EMR updates
• Support therapists and patients with timely communication
• Uphold a welcoming, clean, and professional clinic environment

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in healthcare is preferred
  • Previous experience with an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is a plus
