Valir Outpatient Clinic, a proud partner of H2 Health, is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Patient Coordinator who is passionate about helping people and has strong experience with health insurance and patient billing.

What You’ll Do:
As a key part of our front office team, you will:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
  
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage clearly to patients
  
• Collect and post payments, provide billing information, and help patients navigate their statements
  
• Schedule appointments and maintain organized patient records
  
• Work closely with therapists and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
  
• Support front desk operations, phone calls, and administrative tasks
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience working with health insurance plans and verifying benefits is required
  
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to put people at ease
  
• A passion for helping others understand their healthcare and billing
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Experience in a medical office, therapy clinic, or healthcare setting is a plus
  
• Familiarity with EMR systems is helpful
