Travel required to North Florida locations

As a Patient Coordinator Lead, you will train and oversee team members on best practice in coordinating appointments, obtaining and updating patients' information, ensuring patient satisfaction, assisting clinicians with treatment set-up and providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will be the face of our clinic. Your outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing excellent care will ensure our patients have a positive experience with us.

This dual role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, patient-facing environment and is excited to contribute to both the front desk and the treatment floor. 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred (administrative or clinical) 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Must be able to multitask efficiently.

• Ability to move patients and equipment as needed; CPR certification a plus
