Job Description - Patient Experience Coordinator

Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group consisting of 31 locations and 120+ medical providers, who care for more than 120,000 patients statewide. Our mission is to improve the quality of life throughout Arizona by helping communities “Live Better, Live Longer” through personalized healthcare, with a focus on preventing the nation’s top leading causes of death. We go beyond primary care with a full spectrum of services including cardiovascular health services, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management and other specialty health services. We aspire to aid the growth of our company by welcoming the most qualified and deserving candidates aboard. We are currently seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing team in Scottsdale! 


Responsibilities:



  • Conduct daily follow-up communications with new and established patients.

  • Track and monitor patient complaints through final resolution.   

  • Develop patient experience reports. 

  • Complete Daily phone/text audits.

  • Complete volume reporting to be shared with management. 

  • Pull charts in accordance with insurance request. 


Qualifications:



  • At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service role required.

  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare required.

  • Experience with EMR system preferred, EClinical Works is a plus! 

  • Complete understanding of HIPAA and PHI policies.

  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and customer service skills 

  • Strong multi-tasking skills, excellent ability to pay attention to detail.

  • Must be a team player!
