Roseman Medical Group is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist who is passionate about customer service, healthcare, and creating a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors.

As the hub of our clinic operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive seamless, compassionate, and efficient care from their first phone call through their final visit. What You'll Do

·         Welcome and assist patients in person and by phone

·         Coordinate appointments, check-in/check-out, and patient communications

·         Verify insurance eligibility and process authorizations

·         Assist patients with billing questions and financial arrangements

·         Process payments and maintain accurate records

·         Support medical records requests and patient portal access

·         Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience

What We're Looking For

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         At least one year of medical office or healthcare-related experience

·         Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

·         Experience with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office

·         Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

Rate of Pay: $19.50 per hour
