What You’ll Do:

As a Patient Financial Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our financial operations, with responsibilities including:

• Posting payments from our Missoula and Satellite offices


• Verifying posted amounts match batch totals


• Scanning and uploading daily batches into our Practice Management System


• Managing and tracking patient Good Faith Estimates (GFEs)


• Staying current with GFE regulations and educating staff


• Providing occasional phone support

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail


• Prior experience preferred but not required — we provide on-the-job training!
