Patient Financial Representative Senior

• Provide back up for business office functions, providing work coverage for the various operational work units in the healthcare organization.
  


• Support billing, collections, reimbursement validation, cash posting, mail handling, scanning, sorting, assembly, copying, faxing, and data entry functions.
  


• Provides training to Associates on the organization's processes as required by the Manager to support new and existing Associates. 
  


• Provides back up coverage and support for various positions within the organization as assigned 
  


• Provides coaching and mentoring for associates on transactional processes assigned by the manager
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with insurance billing, collections, payment, and reimbursement verification
  


• Effective written and verbal communication skills
  


• Prior healthcare/hospital experience preferred.
  


• US citizen or current work authorization
  


• Ability to complete any required background checks or other screening.
