A well-established, private endocrinology practice in Midlothian, VA, is looking for a personable, organized Patient Intake Coordinator to join its team!

This practice is known for its wonderful team, supportive leadership, and positive work environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and wants to be part of a team that truly enjoys working together.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming patient calls, so excellent phone skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential!

• Answer incoming calls on a busy, multi-line phone system
• Assist patients with questions and appointment scheduling
• Direct calls to appropriate clinical and administrative staff
• Provide general support to the front office team
• Cross-train over time in patient check-in, check-out, and other front desk responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills – a MUST!
• Friendly, upbeat personality with a genuine desire to help patients
• Minimum of 2 years of medical office experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Comfortable using computers and medical office systems
• Dependable, professional team player with a positive attitude
