Patient Representative needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Davis, CA!
Top Skills Should You Possess:

• Experience in a Healthcare Setting
• Excellent Customer Service and Data Entry Skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for greeting patients in person or on the phone and driving a positive patient customer service experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Responsible for maintaining continuity among work.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Perform other duties as required.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree required. 
• One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Customer Service related experience strongly preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.  
• Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills required.
• Excellent professional skills (On Time, Team Oriented, and Analytical) required.
• Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Data Entry, Electronic Health Record System
