Patient Sales Consultant (Sleep Health) – Baltimore, MD

Pivotal Health | Full-Time | Onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Shifts: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM • 11:30 AM–8:00 PM

At Pivotal Health, you’ll use your sales skills to help patients take action on their health. This isn’t cold selling—every patient you speak with has already been referred. Your role is to build trust, handle objections, and guide them to say “yes” to improving their sleep and overall well-being.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to patients who have been referred for home sleep testing
  • Quickly build rapport and create a positive, engaging experience
  • Break down the testing process, equipment, and insurance in clear, simple terms
  • Handle objections with confidence and close patients on moving forward
  • Collect any required upfront payments
  • Document interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality patient experience

Who You Are

  • A natural sales professional who knows how to connect, influence, and close
  • Background in retail sales, hospitality, restaurant service, or inside sales
  • Comfortable educating patients, asking for commitment, and overcoming objections
  • High-energy, goal-oriented, and motivated by hitting targets
  • Strong communicator who follows through and stays organized
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years sales or customer-facing experience (retail, restaurant, hospitality, or call center preferred)
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people
