Patient Service Representative- Family Medicine & Pediatrics at Winchester Square

Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for our Family Medicine & Pediatrics at Winchester Square in Canal Winchester, OH. 

• Full Time/Benefits Eligible


• Monday - 7:50a - 5p, Tuesday - 7:50a - 6p, Wednesday/Thursday/Friday- 7:50a - 4p


• Canal Winchester, OH

 Duties/Responsibilities:

• Checking patients in and out


• Verifying patient demographics and insurance


• Collecting Co-pays


• Scanning/Indexing


• Answering phones and directing to the proper office


• Scheduling of patients


• Documenting in Electronic Medical Records


• Opening and closing the office


• Other duties as assigned

 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent


• Prior medical office experience preferred, but not required


• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred


• Must have proficient computer skills.
