Patient Service Representative (Part-Time)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Patient Services Representative at the Colorado Urologic Surgery Center located in Park Meadows, CO.

Patient Services Representativesare responsible for patient admissions, chart preparation and scheduling appointments. This is a fast paced environment and multitasking skills are essential. Customer service focus is a valued attribute. Must be able to work independently in a busy medical office and be able to navigate situations as well as problem solve.

* Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with patients, vendors and other employees
* Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
* Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
* Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset patients
* Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all patients, such as being personable and attentive
* Multitasking and the ability to switch between tasks with ease
* Past experience in a Medical office preferred but not required
* Will train with right attitude

Pay: $18-$22
