Representative

to help us continue our tradition of delivering quality OB/GYN care at our location in

Carmel, IN .

The PRN PSR (medical records) person will be responsible for calling patients to obtain delivery information and demographic data and scanning into the the patient's EHR chart. Job duties include but are not limited to:

Scan medical records.
Update spreadsheets with patient demographic details.
Perform registration functions for new and existing patients.
Create new medical charts
Maintain confidentiality regarding all patients.
Adhere to infection control/safety guidelines and confidentiality policies through HIPAA compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
