Avant Longevity Center is a brand-new, cutting-edge wellness, health optimization, and longevity clinic located in the Coachella Valley. Our mission is to help patients live longer, healthier lives by preventing preventable diseases through advanced diagnostic imaging, regenerative therapies, and whole-body wellness services. We offer precision screenings using state-of-the-art imaging, along with PRF, TMJ therapy, genetic cancer screening, Botox, hormone support, IV hydration, semaglutide, and vitamin injections.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring a dynamic Title Here—someone who can seamlessly pivot between front desk duties, back-office clinical support, and administrative functions. This is a hands-on, all-in role for someone eager to grow with us and play a key role in shaping the patient experience at a boutique, physician-led longevity center.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Greeting patients and managing daily front desk operations

• Taking vitals, administering vitamin injections, and assisting the doctor with procedures

• Coordinating intake forms, consent forms, and clinical documentation

• Handling payment collection (in-person and by phone), insurance verification, and EHR data entry

• Managing inventory and ordering supplies

• Using QuickBooks to reconcile expenses and create simple financial reports

• Coordinating vendor accounts and maintaining strong vendor relationships

• Supporting telehealth appointments and remote patient needs

• Staying organized, task-focused, and ready to shift priorities when needed

Requirements

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is tech-savvy and experienced with EHR systems and QuickBooks

• Has a medical, aesthetic, or wellness clinic background

• Thrives in a fast-moving, patient-focused environment

• Can multi-task with professionalism, calm, and courtesy

• Is excited to grow into a leadership role as the center expands

Bonus If You Have:

• LVN or medical assistant background

• Knowledge of imaging workflows or preventive medicine

• Concierge or high-end service experience
