Job Title: Patient Services Case Administrator
Hours: M-F 1st shift | Start times are between 6-7:30AM
Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Patent Services Case Administrator (PSCA) to join our esteemed team. As a CAP-accredited and CLIA-certified laboratory based in San Diego, we specialize in providing molecular diagnostic tests that contribute to the comprehensive treatment of cancer patients.
The role of a PSCA involves effectively communicating our billing procedures with patients, as well as discussing various financial options related to testing, including financial assistance and prompt-pay discount alternatives. Operating within a call-center environment and without direct face-to-face patient interaction, PSCAs play a crucial role in addressing patient billing concerns and efficiently directing inquiries, both before and after the completion of testing. Additionally, PSCAs handle day-to-day requests from various departments, including Sales, Client Services, Lab, and Billing.
