Patient Services Representative (Behavioral Health Clinic) - Fulltime

1. Performs accurate and complete registration for appointments.


2. Verifies patient insurance for all services rendered and obtains required referrals or pre authorization as needed.


3. Collects necessary payment from patients at time of service.


4. Provides and contributes to the delivery of a positive patient experience and receives and communicates all complaints to the manager.


5. Prepares charts or patient records for clinical team as needed.

Requirements

1 or more years of experience

Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred

Customer service experience required.

Healthcare experience preferred.
