LHH has partnered with a reputable and established healthcare network dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join the night shift team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the patients receive the highest level of service and support during their stay! 
 
Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Register patients and verify their insurance information

• Schedule appointments and assist with appointment reminders

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently

• Collect payments and co-pays from patients

• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

 
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role preferred

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of EMRs and Epic preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

 
Additional details:

• Pay: $20-$23/ hour and based on experience

• Schedule: may vary

• Onsite in Kearny Mesa
