Ennen Eye Center is looking for a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Services Representative!

As a Patient Services Representative, you will play an important role in helping our office run smoothly while ensuring patients feel welcomed, supported, and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  Greet patients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.

  Check patients in and out while providing an efficient and positive experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Collect patient payments, including cash, checks, and credit card payments.

  
  


• 
  

  Answer patient questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members when needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule appointments efficiently while maximizing provider schedules and supporting patient needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Verify insurance information and assist with related administrative tasks.

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with providers, coworkers, managers, and other departments to support daily operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and professionalism.

  
  

Qualifications and Skills

  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  Ability to work effectively with patients, coworkers, and individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn office systems.

Experience

• 
  

  Customer service experience preferred, but not required.

  
  


• 
  

  Medical receptionist or medical office experience preferred, but not required.
