Patient Services Specialist

We have a full time opening to join our team as patient services specialist.  This is a benefited position,  8-5 Mon-Friday. 

Successful candidates will be intelligent, people centric and able to multitask with a smile!  Presentation and professionalism are important characteristics of our patient services representatives. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast paced environment and you have a great attention to detail, this may be the job for you!   Experience with multi-line phone systems and a solid foundation of commercial insurance,  copays, deductibles and coinsurance. 

Our patients are our priority.  This position requires exceptional customer service skills, ability to work well under competing priorities and ability to always make our patients feel special.  

A typical day involves heavy phone use,  scheduling appointments,  checking patients in and out, educating patients about our services and providing the best service possible.

Requirements

Able to perform the duties of the job

Medical Terminology Knowledge 

Vaccinated for COVID, or willing to be within 30 days 

Along with speaking English,  Ability to speak Spanish  or competent in ASL is a plus
